Ideally located 10 minutes from Le Mans and 1 hour/1 hour 30 minutes from Paris or Nantes by high-speed train, the Château de la Forêterie hosts seminars, study days, and a variety of professional events.
Its various spaces can accommodate all needs in a unique setting consisting of spacious, functional, modern, and bright rooms. Depending on the nature of the request, the castle can be entirely privatized to enjoy all the peace and privacy that the location has to offer.

Seminars, incentives, meetings, or study days can be organized in our fully modular reception rooms and in our two meeting rooms.
With its rooms, the Château de la Forêterie is also the ideal place to organize a residential seminar and extend your stay in a friendly atmosphere.

Located in Allonnes, 10 minutes from Le Mans and 1.5 hours from Paris, Château de la Forêterie is ideally situated and easily accessible by car thanks to the Château's parking lot, or by public transportation. Far from the hustle and bustle, yet close to everything, it is the perfect place to combine work, relaxation, and conviviality.
48 beds for your residential seminars
With accommodation for 17 guests* (including a VIP suite) and 48 beds, the Château de la Forêterie is ideal for organizing residential seminars or management retreats lasting one or more days.
The rooms, all located in the castle, offer high-end comfort and warmth, ideal for continuing conversations in a friendly atmosphere. They all have private bathrooms. Two of them are wheelchair accessible.
*When it opens in June 2026, the château will offer five rooms in addition to the bridal suite, before all accommodations open in 2027.
